Lost: Black And Tan Pinscher: Miniature Female In South East (W12) - Wormwood Scrubs
This is not my dog but I get emails from this site and the following has been posted on DogLost site, http://www.doglost.co.uk/dog-blog.php?dogId=96336#.VopqDvmLTDcThese are some of the comments regarding this poor little dog......Someone saw her being taken from the scrubs by a couple in a yellow van. Apparently their names are Janice and Malcolm. They are shopkeepers from West London. they were parked in the main parking lot. There may or may not be a picture of fruit or vegetables on the side of the van.Although she has a tag, it would appear that they are intending to keep her. Please look out for her and if you know these people, tell them to return her to her owner who misses herPenny is still missing with no further sightings. It is now presumed that Penny has been picked up by someone & not reported to the authorities as found. This is an offense & carries a fine. CCTV is being checked. Penny went missing at approx 7pm on Tues 22nd Dec.
