Parking in Shepherds Bush

I am moving my company to Shepherds Studios in the next couple of months and will need a couple of business parking permits.  I've just been told by H&F Council that the tenancy agreement is not enough and they need a a utility bill too.  Obviously I won't have one of those immediately so we will need a car park for a month or so.  Is there anywhere else in W12 to park other than the shopping centre which is extortionate!

I would have thought the council would be pleased new business is being bought into the area.  Might be worthwhile emailing Councillor Harry Phibbs (harry.phibbs@lbhf.gov.uk) to see if he can advise........I have always found him extremely helpful.

That was my feeling too so I rang them and asked how I was supposed to work round this for the first month or so and they said tough (or words to that effect..)

I would have thought that LBHF would accept any other reasonable evidence that you will be operating where you say you will, for example a letter confirming provision of phone/electricity/water to your new premises, Royal Mail redirection agreement, insurance company's letter, etc.  Otherwise they are being unreasonable, and you should escalate the matter within the council.
