Some buses no longer stopping outside W12 shopping centre

What a ridiculous comment from TFL that they have stopped some of the buses because it would add 10 minutes to a journey if they continued to route buses to stop outside the W12 shopping centre.  Who are they really taking into consideration here.....somehow it does not sound like the paying public!  What about the people who rely on the buses as their only form of transport to be able to get out and do shopping?

No, Richard, I haven't used the buses recently but I have to cross that dreadful road for other reasons :)

What's the problem with the crossing??? 8 lanes of traffic, that's what the problem is. Plus a long wait for the lights to change and huge crowds of people all trying to cross at the same time. And the reasons for the change really aren't very convincing!

"With the rerouting of buses for shoppers rather than the convenience of commuters ..."I would have thought that having most of the buses calling at the new Interchange between the two Shepherd's Bush stations would be convenient for most commuters, though not in your particular example.  Incidentally, what's the problem with the crossing outside the Tube station?  I thought it was a straightforward light-controlled crossing, or has it changed for the worse?

When totally fed up with travelling underground I used to catch the 207 to the Bush and then make the easy change to the 94.  With the rerouting of buses for shoppers rather than the convenience of commuters, going east is Ok but coming home by bus is not really feasible.  If you get off the 94 outside the cinema you either have to cross over to the underground station, which is not an easy crossing, or walk to the east side of the green - top end and fight to get on an already full bus.I have brought this up with tfl, some two weeks ago, and am awaiting a response

I guess if you're elderly and carrying a lot of stuff, it seems like a long way to walk and that road isn't a particularly pleasant one to try and get across. I haven't used the buses since they changed everything. Got hold of a leaflet which 'explained' the changes but it is so, so complicated.

"What about the people who rely on the buses as their only form of transport to be able to get out and do shopping?"They've only got to cross the road to the Interchange.  Presumably the bus they arrive on stops there too, which I would have thought was nearer to the W12 Centre than the old stop on the north side of the Green.

Maybe, W12 shopping centre has started, blowin' with tumble weed. Or perhaps, Westfield is demanding, ALL  competition must be crushed.Buses stopping at bus stops can seriously interfere with the timetable.
