Yes I am quite brutal too - but coats and curtains and husband's suits are exempt

I guess the clue is in the domain W12.com? I was making an assumption! For me if it don't go in "the machine", it dies!

Odd to post this request on so mamy of the forums - surely you can only want to travel so far for a drycleaner.As I said on ActonW3, Pearls of Churchfield Road is great.Where do you live and how come you can travel such distances just for dry cleaning?

The new one at the Shepherds Bush Central Line/ Westfield area at the start of the Southern Terrace seems fine though I only had one men's jacket cleaned, but it seemed to be well done.
