Why is he a disgrace exactly? I thought he was cleared of the first allegations at least. Is he worse than, say, George Osbourne?When "my" Home Office minister went on maternity leave, my committee was given to him to mind - and we were just being summoned to brief him when he went - so I never even got to meet him...and now he has been re-instated but now minister for communications - maybe putting him back in into the "Ministry of Justice" was seen as too near the knuckle!
