Hello, thanks for the post. To answer your points:1) We have a graffiti squad that target graffiti hotpsots with plain clothes operations, but as most graffiti happens between 0200-0400 it is very difficult to be there waiting for it to happen! We normally react to a call of graffiti taking place and in doing so have to be mindful of our duty of care for the offenders ie: not chasing them on the tracks or bottlenecking them in an area which may be dangerous. 2) The main line train companies work to tight budgets and have a limited amount of money to spend on removing graffiti which is both expensive and time-consuming. For the underground, where there are fewer hotspots due to the fact a considerable proportion of line is underground it is more cost effective to remove.3) North Acton LU station has a dedicated Neighbourhood Policing Team who can be contacted on: 07850235315 which is their sgt's dedicated phone. Alternatively, they can be emailed at centrallinenorthwest.npt@btp.pnn.police.uk They will be able to discuss and address any concerns you have about the visibility of Police at your station. At present, North Acton LU only has one incident per week reported to Police.
