Double Room in fab flat with storage, space, all mod cons and garden
I'm looking for a new professional flatmate to move into the flat I'm renting in Shepherds Bush - interested in all week let or Monday to Friday. The room will be free end August/September. It is a lovely and spacious flat with dishwasher, garden, cable, broadband and although there is only one bathroom with power shower, there are two loos. The sitting room is spacious and the kitchen/breakfast room is huge. I am pretty relaxed and housetrained, sociable and go out a fair amount, away every second/third weekend and am looking for somebody normal and independent to share with - although its great to share bottles of wine, and watch DVDs, but it isnt really a party flat. Boyfriends/girlfriends fine, provided they don't move in too. The flat is rented so whoever moves in will need to sign the lease as well and provide references as well.
