Right-my sister moved out of rented property on 17th October and still did not get her deposit back although they told us there is any deductions to be made. I rang Apple 2 weeks ago and they told me that deposit had been transfered to my sister account. It didn't happen, so I rang them again as my sister was ill in hospital and the manageress told me it has been a mistake as they thought of different property when they spoke to me last time and she will be sorting the refund that day. It didn't happen again, so I had to ring her just to find out she is sorry she will do it right now as she forgot. Guess what?- it didn't happen again. So this time I've sent her email formally requesting refund of the deposit. No answer. Had to ring them again just to find out that before they relise the deposit, they need confirmation from all utility suppliers that my sister paid all her bills and the accounts are now closed. No problem with that whatsoever as she paid off everything, so it's a matter of ringing them to send her confirmations, but WHY HAVEN'T THEY TOLD US WHEN WE FIRST RANG!!!!!!!!!!! grrrrrrrrrr
