Suitable cafe to host Australian "Meet Up" Group

Does anyone have any recommendations?  I'm looking for a coffee shop that's suitable to hold an informal get-together of between 4 and 10 people from 7pm (till about 8.30 or 9.00pm) on Monday 14 Dec. The purpose is to share information on a breakthrough health product and associated global business opportunity that will be launching in Australia/New Zealand in February. I want it to be within an easy walk of Shepherds Bush tube but most of the coffee shops there seem to shut quite early in the evening. We may have to resort to Starbucks in the Westfield Shopping Centre, but I would appreciate any better suggestions.  (Not the Walkabout pub, it will be far too noisy!) Thanks in anticipation! Susan

Not sure if this would be too far to walk but there is a coffee and muffin place over in West12, the shopping precinct on the other side of the green, think it is called BB's.  Not sure what time it closes but always open after 6pm, if you think would be suitable let me know and I will get the name and number for you

What about Aroma on the corner of UXbridge and Hopgood? They're open 24/7 so you wouldn't have to worry about them closing and you can definitely just go in for coffee.

Thanks Sara, that's kind of you.  I've just given them a call and they do expect you to eat in the evenings.  I can't guarantee that everyone will, so I'll keep looking for a coffee shop.  Susan

Albertine's Wine Bar - never very noisy in the early evening as I recollect. I expect you could get coffee if you really wanted to.
