Pak Butchers
Is there such a place in Shepherd's Bush? I was listening to the pod cast for the Dave Gorman show on Absolute Radio where they have a feature called 'Pun Street' on which real shops with punning names are placed. They said there was a Pak Butchers in Shepherd's Bush but I've never come across it. There is one in Bristol. Other listeners to the show are suggesting that a rival establishment 'Halal, Is It Meat You're Looking For' should replace it. I would be quite happy to support Pak Butcher against this unwelcome attempt at usurpation if I knew it was really a local business.
