public urination - thought it was an offence in H&F?
I am gratified to see that this is included within a list of other proposed byelaws, as I was repeatedly told by councillors that it was already an offence but continuously informed by the police that it was not, but should be.5. Urinating; prohibits people from urinating or defecating in any street or public place, included but not limited to parks and open spaces.Local residents are invited to take part in the consultation and comment http://www.shepherdsbushw12.com/default.asp?section=info&link=http://nnet-server.com/server/common/hfcoun096.htmIt is amazing what you find out about the borough in the consultations. I finally now know why there is a forest of bin bags wired up on a hoop on every lamp post up Wood Lane - part of a consultation! personally I think they are hideous. but you can have your say at http://www.citizenspace.com/local/lbhf/LitterBinsWe are always being told that litter is one of our main gripes so why not fill in the consultation. I am sure that some of these consultations have so few samples that they can't be statistically representative. How are people ever notified of these consultations?
