Can anyone recommend a good Vet in the area?

I've had a bad experience with a Vet recently and would welcome any recommendations for future visits with my cat. Thank you.

I too am not over keen on the vet in Goldhawk Road, not going into too much detail but unless I had absolutely no choice I would not go there again.  My choice would be Paws in Dalling Roadhttp://www.pawsinc.co.uk/aboutus.phpActually they are revamping their practice and opening one up in Shepherds Bush Road which I believe will cater primarily for dogs whilst the practice in Dalling Road will concentrate on cats, I am assuming both surgeries will cater for all other creatures but the reasoning behind the splitting of cats and dogs is because the one in Dalling Road is rather small which means cats and dogs are in very close proximity in the reception area.

We went to check it out when we were thinking about getting our puppy and it seemed great. Then our friend said she had had her rabbit spayed there and the procedure had been done wrong, the rabbit had nearly died and had had to be reoperated on by another vet at another practise. Two neighbours called when our dog arrived specifically to say that they both had friends who had had problems there. One who's animal had not been treated correctly (she didn't go into details) and one who'd taken their cat there and felt that she had been mis-treated (again no more detail than that).This information is all from other people and not first hand but I was unwilling to risk it and have been very happy with the brook green vets even though its further away. My dog is being spayed there in a couple of weeks so I guess that's a big test!

Hi - I was warned off the Goldhawk Road vet by three people who have had serious problems there. We use Brook Green Vets on Masbro road. They are lovely, incredibly professional and really like animals which is actually quite often a problem at vets I find.
