New Lime grove mews in Shepherds bush

That is what confused me, I assumed as it was called Lime Grove Mews it would actually be IN Lime Grove.

Yes, I agree that it is going to cause some confusion, it's not unreasonable to expect Lime Grove Mews to be on Lime Grove. I shall look forward to many lost prospective purchasers coming to my office (at the top of Lime Grove)for directions and having the chance to sell them the properties that we are instructed on!I suspect that it is purely cgoing to be a 'marketing address' and is likely to change once the properties are actually registered with land registry. Well I hope that it is for the case of the Post Office.

I agree, very positive. however last time I checked lime grove was somewhere else, closer to the green. interesting marketing angle calling it lime grove mews

I think that is right. I belive it is the former Hammersmith and Fulham depot that's between Hetley Road, Conningham Road and Stowe road. I think that it was part of the asset sale that H and F have launched to reduce debt.Personally I think that it is a poisitive as the site was previously used as a depot and whilst there is obviously a need for depot / sotrage areas for the council, there are areas within the borough / locally which would be more suitable for heavy goods vehicle access.

Where in Lime Grove are they planning to build these?  I cannot think of any part of that road that is "Situated amongst leafy parkland..........."
