Shock Plan by Council to Rename Shepherd's Bush

Given that the retail complex is virtually visible from space, surely this would prevent intergalactic confusion as well as removing the double entendre. Great story for this morning!

Missed this on the day but it made me chuckle nonetheless. Nicely judged spoof as it bordered on credible given the way the area around the Bluewater shopping centre has increasingly become 'Bluewater'. Perhaps we won't be laughing in two or three years time when the same thing happens here.
