Competition from the Well Hung Meat Company! They were at the Westfield Good Food fair a couple of weeks ago! Similar style though not actually here in the Bush! I would rather spend my hard earned cash on these companies than supermarkets. Is it right though to trust the quality just because the businesses are smaller?

They are going to be located in a double shop across from the Methodist Church

Looks intersting for folk that like to cook from scratch and care about the quality of the meat that they use. There is a dearth of butchers in this area offering good quality meat since the days of the BSE scares and the rise of supermarkets.
