Window Cleaner

I am looking for recommendations for a reliable, honest, reasonable and flexible window cleaner.By flexible, I don't mean physically (though that's probably a prerequisite too!) but someone who doesn't operate a strict every 6-week policy, or similar, but is happy to come along ad hoc.  Thanks
