Noticed that an agent is offering a 0% introductory offer as part of an attempt to get you to sell their property. Be very careful as contracts can sometimes be very difficult to extra yourself from and they will want to get your property off their books very quickly to cut down on marketing costs so will be keen for you to accept the first offer.Think we may have reached the top of the market.

They may have just done a good job of you it is true.On the other hand they may have undervalued your property to get a quick sale hence it going for a higher price than offered. If they are not taking a commission they have no vested interest in getting you the best price.
