Dog Attack

In Wendell Park on Saturday 11th May at approx 5pm a blue staffie dog with a Russian Eastern Europen Female owner attacked my Beagle Demo. I called the police but the woman ran away. Any ideas please? The dog is young and a blue grey colour and has a harness. The dog has apparently attacked others and is out of control. They have been seen in the Gayford Road area. Demo needed surgery and has a vet bill of almost £500.00. Information please............?????

Have since found out that this dog killed a puppy in wormholt park

I hope this has been reported to the police.  Having been attacked by a dog (not this one)on Starch Green earlier this year, I know how frightening it is.
