Can You Help Others by Giving Blood?

Find local sessions and book appointments at new look website

The NHS Blood and Transplant website blood.co.uk, has gone self-service.

The site has had a revamp allowing people to make the right decisions about donation and to manage their
appointments quickly and effectively.

Blood donors can now create their own personal account
which links to their existing blood donation records. This meant they can book, amend or cancel their own appointments online.

You can help the boost stocks of blood by becoming a donor if you are generally in good health, aged between 17 and 65 and weight at least 7st 12lbs.

The next local sessions are at:

Stoll, Fulham Road, Monday October 20, 2pm - 4.30pm and 5.30 - 8pm.

Hammersmith Town Hall, Thursday November 13, 1pm - 3pm and 4.20pm - 7.30pm.

White City Community Centre, Thursday November 27, 1pm - 3pm and 4.20pm - 7.30pm.

You can make appointments for these sessions, or just walk in.
