Help Others by Giving Blood this Spring

Where to find upcoming local sessions

It doesn’t take long to do and you can help save or improve up to three lives each time you donate. So what’s stopping you?

Blood donors can now create their own personal account
which links to their existing blood donation records. This meant they can book, amend or cancel their own appointments online.

You can help the boost stocks of blood by becoming a donor if you are generally in good health, aged between 17 and 65 and weigh at least 7st 12lbs.

And right now, the service says if you have blood group O negative please book an appointment to give blood because your blood group is needed.

You can book an appointment online or call 0300 123 23 23 for more information. Limited walk in slots are also available alongside these booked appointmentments. Sessions continuing into spring are at:

Stoll Community Hall, Fulham Road, Friday 9 June, 1.10pm - 3.30pm and 5pm - 7.30pm

Hammersmith Town Hall, King Street, Monday 26 June, 1pm - 3pm and 4.30pm - 7.30pm

If you would like to give blood, you can call the NHS Blood and Transplant Service on 0300 123 23 23 or visit the website.
