Three men have links with Putney, Fulham and Shepherd's Bush

Detectives are appealing for the public's help to trace three men wanted in connection with an investigation into fraud.

The men were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit fraud on various dates in 2013 and 2014. They were bailed to return to a police station on 31 July but failed to attend. Despite detectives making extensive enquiries to locate the men, they have not yet been traced.

All three men are Romanian nationals. They are: 26 year old Marius Puscas, described as being of stocky build, with short brown hair and glasses. He has been sighted in Putney, Fulham, and Wembley and has previous links to Brent and Shepherd's Bush; 25 year old Victor Rotar, described as slim, pale and balding. He has connections to Shepherd's Bush and Brent; and Dorin Rosu, 28 years old, of stocky build, with short sandy-coloured hair and also has previous links to Brent.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency line on 101.
