Flat Fire in Stamford Brook


Two fire engines attend blaze in Emlyn Gardens

Firefighters were called to a fire in flat on Emlyn Gardens in Stamford Brook last night (23rd January). The occupier escaped before the arrival of the Brigade, and was not injured.

A small part of the bedroom of the property was damaged in the blaze.

Two fire engines from Chiswick and Hammersmith fire stations were at the scene with around 10 firefighters. The Brigade was called at 8.21pm and the fire was under control at 8.53pm.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
