Train and tube services affected by engineering works

If you are planning to travel this weekend and the next few weekends the following lines are affected by engineering works.

Circle Line

Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 June

No service between Aldgate and Edgware Road via Victoria

Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 June

No service between South Kensington / Edgware Road and Wimbledon / Kensington Olympia / Ealing Broadway / Richmond. Replacement buses operate. During the day on Saturday and Sunday, some Piccadilly line trains call additionally at Ravenscourt Park, Stamford Brook, Turnham Green and Chiswick Park. On Saturday, use London Overground services between Gunnersbury and Richmond. Replacement buses operate.

Replacement buses operateService A: Hammersmith - Putney Bridge - East Putney - Southfields - Wimbledon Park - WimbledonService B: Earl's Court - West Brompton - Fulham Broadway - Parsons Green - Putney Bridge - Wimbledon. Some early and late journeys additionally stop at South Kensington for connections with first and last District line trains.Service C (Sunday Only): Turnham Green - Chiswick Park - Gunnersbury - Kew Gardens - Richmond.

Sunday 18 June

No service between Wandsworth Road and Clapham Junction. Trains are diverted to/from Battersea Park. Use local London Buses or Southern connections between Battersea Park and Clapham Junction.

No service between Willesden Junction and Richmond. Replacement buses operate.

Replacement buses operateService R: Willesden Junction - Acton Central - South Acton - Gunnersbury - Kew Gardens (Royal Botanic Gardens) - Richmond.

South West Trains

Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 June

Some lines between London Waterloo and Clapham Junction (including about half of London Waterloo station) will be closed all day Saturday and Sunday for work on the Waterloo & South West Upgrade project. A reduced train service will run in and out of London Waterloo on the lines which remain open.

Work will also be taking place elsewhere on the South West Trains network and all passengers should confirm journey details before traveling.

All lines in the Twickenham area will also be closed on these days for maintenance work and replacement bus services will run in the area Barnes – Teddington – Hounslow with trains being diverted via Brentford.
Alterations for both these works are listed below.

South West Trains services will use platforms 1 to 4 at Vauxhall. Many trains will leave London Waterloo from different platforms to normal - please check displays at station.
Queenstown Road station will have no service and passengers should use other stations nearby.
