Mobile van displaying rogues' gallery tours West London

The Metropolitan Police has joined forces with Hammersmith & Fulham (H&F) Council and devised a novel way of tracking down some of the borough's most wanted suspects.

A mobile ad van has begun touring thr borough carrying
three foot high mug shots of the rogues' gallery as part of the joint initiative, which has been paid for by the local authority.

Officers want to quiz the suspects, who are all on the run or who failed to appear in court for a range of offences including drug dealing, ABH and burglary.

Chief Superintendent Lucy D'Orsi, H&F Borough Commander, says: " We are committed to catching all outstanding offenders who think that they can evade justice.
