Another injured after being attacked in nearby Henchman Street

A man in his twenties was stabbed this Thursday evening on Erconwald Street near East Acton underground station.

The police were called to the location at 8.50pm after the victim was found with knife injuries. He was taken to hospital but his condition is described as not life-threatening.

About 10 minutes later officers were called to nearby Henchman Street after a man was found with a knee injury. He had been attacked by a group of males. His injuries are also believed to be not life-threatening.

The police believe these two incidents are linked. There have been no arrests at this stage.
