Police say Zainab, 77 has been found

Police say that Zainab Mohammed, an elderly woman from White City, has been found.

They had expressed concern over the safety of Zainab, 77, who had last been seen travelling from Hammersmith to Shepherd's Bush on a 295 bus, as she suffers from Alzheimer's disease.

Now however, they say she has been found safe and well and have thanked the media and the public for their assistance.
