Make the Most of the Holidays with Summer in the City


Council publishes guide to hundreds of activities for young people

All of this summer’s most exciting events and days out for young people in west London have been condensed into this year's Summer in the City booklet, which is ou out now.

H & F Council says that for the fourth summer running, this simple 80-page booklet aims to ensure there isn’t a dull moment throughout the summer. The booklet is jam-packed with more fantastic activities for children and young people aged 0-19 than ever before.

Around 60,000 school children, across Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster will receive a copy of the booklet via their schools.

Children will be spolit for choice between music events, arts projects and sporting fun – along with an impressive range of other activities.

Other activities include kayaking, creating a tapestry, becoming a trainee football coach, performing with shadow puppets, taking a MAC makeup master class, watching The Energy Show, making a film and taking part in the go-kart challenge.
