Range of Free Easter Holiday Activities Offered

The Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF) is providing activities and meals for eligible children and young people aged 5-16 in the borough of Hounslow over Easter.
During the Easter school holidays, each eligible child is entitled to four sessions for free in a scheme delivered by Hounslow Council. Families entitled to free school meals are encouraged to take full advantage of the activities on offer this Easter by booking directly with local providers.
The HAF programme aims to have a positive impact on children and young people, ensuring they eat healthily and stay active during the school holidays.
With sessions running across the borough, the programme has a number of activities, including:
• Football, rugby, tennis, or cricket.
• Arts and crafts.
• Gardening and cooking workshops.
• Water zorbing, kayaking and wall climbing activities.
• Computer Coding.
Any family that is entitled to free school meals should receive an Evoucher for the HAF programme from their child’s school with a link to the providers in the area. This is sent out by the school usually by text message or email. The Evoucher will include credit codes, which parents must enter when booking their child onto any HAF activities. The Council is working in partnership with local schools, community organisations and faith groups, as well as existing holiday and sport-club providers for this scheme.
