St James Begins Marketing Lime Grove Mews

Buyers invited to register interest in Stowe Road development

Property developer St James has begun marketing new homes in Stowe Road in Shepherd's Bush.

Potential buyers are invited to register their interest in flats or houses at the new development, which the company is calling Lime Grove Mews.

The company was given the go ahead to build 20 houses and 49 flats on the site of the old Stowe Road depot in March.

Now it has launched a website which gives this description of the new homes:

Located in the heart of Shepherd's Bush, Lime Grove Mews combines classic English architecture with contemporary designer luxury. Lime Grove Mews will bring an exclusive collection of studio, 1, 2, and 3 bed apartments & Regency style villas to West London.

Situated amongst leafy parkland and nestled within the traditional Victorian streetscape, Lime Grove Mews is within minutes of direct transport links into central London's world renowned retail and financial districts.

The exteriors resemble the Regency style architecture featuring mellow brickwork which reflects the surrounding vernacular. With the classic combination of London stock brick, render/stone detailing and reconstituted slate roofs, their timeless façade hides their modern interior. These interiors have been intelligently designed for the ultimate 21st century living experience. All apartments will enjoy high specification fixtures and fittings throughout.

These details however have caused some confusion on our community forum as people wondered where the leafy parkland might be!

Prices at Lime Grove Mews still have to be confirmed, but in the meantime buyers  can call 020 3002 9460 for further information or download brochures for apartments and houses.
