Woman Threatened With Screwdriver


Police appeal for witnesses in Uxbridge Road robbery

Police are appealing for witness to come forwards after a woman was threatened with a screwdriver during a robbery at Caesar's World in Uxbridge Road.

Cash was stolen from the shop but the woman was not physically harmed.

The first suspect is described as an Asian male, aged in his mid-late 20s, approximately 5ft 9" in height, of slim build and with black straight hair. He spoke with a London accent, had a light tone complexion and was wearing a black woollen jacket, a shirt and grey tie.

The second suspect is described as an Asian male, also aged in his mid-late 20s, approximately 5ft 7" in height of slim build with cut-designer style stubble. He is of light tone complexion, wears clear glassed spectacles, spoke with a London accent and was wearing a dark grey woolly hat, a blue denim jacket, dark trousers and black leather gloves.

It was the second suspect who brandished the screwdriver.

Police would like to speak to the two males in connection with the robbery and have asked for the public's help in identifying them.
