Santa's On His Way to Westfield

To open up his Snowflake Grotto to visitors from Thursday 21 November

Santa's Snowflake Grotto opens its doors at Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherd's Bush on Thursday 21 November.

Children and their families will be magically transported to the Snow Factory in the North Pole, where Santa’s elves make all the snow in the world.

Young visitors will have the chance to create their own personalised decorations and explore all the fun activities within the Grotto.

They will meet Santa in his cosy cabin, where every child will receive a gift and have a photo taken with him.

And after the North Pole adventure, they will be magically transported back to London.

A visit to the grotto lasts approximately 20-25 minutes, and photos can be purchased in the Christmas Shop at the end.

Parents are warned there may be a short wait time during busy periods.

Santa’s Snowflake Grotto will be open from 22 November until Christmas Eve, from 11am till 6pm daily.

Each adult and child visiting the grotto needs a ticket, priced £7.50.

Santa's Snowflake Grotto is located on Westfield Square, a three minute walk from Wood Lane tube station, and a five minute walk from White City tube station, outside John Lewis & Partners. It open from 11am till 5.30pm on weekdays and 10am till 5.30pm at weekends.
