Join in Christmas Jumper Day at Westfield

Spread good wool in aid of Save the Children

Friday December 13 is Christmas Jumper Day, and Westfield is joining in with a series of one one-off festive events in honour of the day, which aims to help raise funds for Save the Children.

These events include a unique Christmas jumper installation curated by Stuart Semple in The Village within Westfield showcasing jumpers kindly hand knitted and donated by British brand Wool and the Gang and customised by leading British fashion talent – Alexander McQueen, Anya Hindmarch, Burberry, Matthew Williamson, Sir Paul Smith, Vivienne Westwood, Peter Pilotto, Mary Katrantzou, David Koma, GILES, Henry Holland, Jonathan Saunders, Sibling and Wool and The Gang.

These one-of-a-kind creations are on sale to the public in an exciting text auction for the month of December. The twist is that the winning bid will be the lowest unique bid. Text the smallest amount you think no-one else will bid. As long as you’re the only person to bid that exact price, you could take home an exclusive, designer piece for a matter of pennies!

You can see the jumpers up for auction and find out how to bid here.

There is also an invitation to bloggers to upload Christmas jumper selfies and raise £10 for Save the Children in the process, and to sign up and pledge to wear a Christmas jumper on December 13.
