Ice rink opens in atrium

The Atrium at Westfield will be the coolest place in W12 from November 14 with the opening of the shopping centre's first ice rink.

The rink will be open right through the festive season until January 2, and closed only on Christmas Day itself.

Westfield says it expects visitor numbers to reach 100,000 during that time and so pre-booking tickets is advisable.

The rink is suitable for all ages from four years upwards, although children under the age of 12 will need to be accompanied on the ice by a paying adult.

Ticket prices start from £6.50 for a child and £9.50 for an adult. All tickets are subject to a booking fee.
