Meet Peter Rabbit and enjoy Horrid Henry Day

This is the final week of summer fun and games at Westfield.

Highlights include a free Peter Rabbit Puppet Show on Tuesday August 24 in the Atrium, with shows at 10am, midday, 2pm and 4pm. Limited numbers available. Collect your wristband from the Concierge from 9am.

On Thursday, August 26, Meet Despicable Me.

To celebrate the launch of the new family blockbuster, Despicable Me, which will be released in cinemas across the UK on October 15, a small army of Minions will be descending upon Westfield from 11am.

As part of a day of fun activities children will be given the opportunity to meet and have their photos taken with the characters. Photos will be uploaded to a Flickr photo page which can be accessed by the children.

Other activities will include a treasure hunt with a prize of tickets to an exclusive early screening of Despicable Me, despicable laugh activity where children and adults are invited to try out their best villainous laugh, and a chance to sample the brand new computer game inspired by the film.

Featuring the vocal talents of Steve Carell, Jason Segel, Russell Brand, Julie Andrews and Miranda Cosgrove, Despicable Me is a spectacular new family film for children and adults of all ages.

You will also have the opportunity to win one of 7 family passes for 4 to see Despicable Me at Vue Westfield London at 3pm on 27th August.

Saturday August 28 is Horrid Henry Day at Foyles bookshop. From 12pm till 4pm kids can get up to some tricks of their own, reading from their favourite Horrid Henry books, doing a gross and gruesome word search, and competing for the most Horrid trick of all.
