Taffazul Hoque suffers from epilepsy and autism

Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a missing man from Kensington and Chelsea.

Taffazul Hoque, 38, was last seen at 4pm on Friday, 22 May when he got off a bus at Shepherd’s Bush Green and headed towards Uxbridge Road. He was then seen on CCTV entering Shepherd’s Bush Market.

Taffazul has short cropped hair and scarring above his nose. He had a plaster on his forehead.

When last seen, he was wearing a beige jacket, blue jeans and white trainers.

Taffazul suffers from autism and epilepsy, and is also considered vulnerable. He is without his medication.

He is known to frequent the Westbourne Park area and local Argos stores, as he likes to collect leaflets and catalogues.

Officers are increasingly concerned for his well being and would urge anyone with information of his whereabouts to call police on 101 or Missing People on 116000, quoting reference 15MIS018958.
