Help Others By Giving Blood

Local sessions for April, May and June

If you are generally in good heath, aged 17 to 65 (if it's your first time) and weigh at least 7st 12Ib, you can donate. You can give blood every 16 weeks, that's approximately every four months. Local sessions will be held at:

Irish Cultural Centre (main hall), Hammersmith on Tuesday 27 April, 09:30 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 16:15

Charing Cross Hospital (sports hall), Hammersmith on Monday 17 May, 09:45 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 16:15

Shepherd's Bush Village Hall on Wednesday 2 June
12:45 to 15:30 and 17:00 to 19:30

When you have decided where you would like to donate, it is recommended that you book an appointment. Those without appointments are still welcome to turn up, but may need to wait until those with an appointment have been seen.

Please remember to have something to eat and drink before you give blood.
