Air Turns Blue at Westfield

As centre celebrates Global Smurf Day on Saturday

This Saturday, June 22 the air will be turning blue at Westfield as the centre celebrates Global Smurfs Day, with all sorts of free fun and excitement for all ages.

Hosted by Magic 105.4’s Jamie Edwards, visitors will be entertained by an amazing line up of music performances plus family entertainment, games, activities and much more!

The day will also benefit the charity MediCinema who build cinemas in hospitals and help people feel better through film.

The headline act at Global Smurfs Day will be a performance by Right Said Fred who will lead a giant Smurf Sing-a-Long to ‘I’m Too Smurfy’ so Smurf fans should check out the Smurfs UK Facebook page and start learning the lyrics.

Other attractions on the day include a Smurf-o-nut Shy, a Medicinema charity stand with raffle, gaming area, photo booth, bouncy castle and a chance to paint your face blue to match your favourite smurf. Fans can also pre-book tickets for Smurfs 2 which comes to the Vue Cinema on July 31.
