Annabelle Galvin returns home safe and well
Police in Hammersmith & Fulham Borough were appealing for the public's help in locating a vulnerable missing teenage girl.
Annabelle Galvin, who lives in Derbyshire, but is originally from Shepherd's Bush and has connections in the Hammersmith and Putney areas, was last seen at home on the 18 September.
She has been found safe and well
