Colin Aherne (Labour)

Colin Aherne was a sitting Councillor for Wormholt & White City Ward. He has been a Councillor since 1986 when he was elected for Wormholt Ward. He is the Labour Group’s Chief Whip and has worked with his colleagues to campaign for better services for the people of the Borough. He has a great interest in education and has been the Chair of Wormholt Park Primary School for over 24 years.

Sally Powell

Sally was a sitting Councillor for Wormholt & White City ward in 2010 and has been a
Councillor since 1986. She has lived in the Borough for 34 years. Sally was
educated at the Royal Ballet School and Southampton University.

She was a ballet dancer with the Sadlers Wells Royal Ballet until injury ended her career. She then qualified as a lawyer. Sally lives in Shepherd's Bush with her husband and her 13-year-old son. Her hobbies are music, theatre and Arsenal FC.

Max Schmid

Max Schmid lives in Parsons Green. He was elected as a Councillor for the ward after the sad death of Jean Campbell.

He works for an environmental charity and is a governor at Queensmill School for autistic children.
