Speak Out on Crime around Shepherd's Bush Green and White City

Local people invited to open meeting on Monday in India Way

Local people are invited to make their voices heard at an open meeting on April 15 to discuss crime-related issues in their neighbourhood.

The evening session will give people the chance to hear feedback about the recent W12 crime survey, and to have a say about the issues that need tackling around the White City estate and Shepherds Bush Green.

Guests will be able to put questions to the Borough Commander, Chief Superintendent Lucy D'Orsi, and the Deputy Council Leader Cllr Greg Smith.

The Borough Commander says: " This is a new way of working with residents. By working together we can make a huge difference in reducing crime."

Free refreshments will be on offer at the event on Monday, April 15, at the White City Community Centre in India Way, on the White City estate.

Guests should arrive from 6.30pm for a 7pm start.

The event is supported by the borough’s Neighbourhood Watch Association and is organised by the council in association with the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime.
