Rosa’s Thai is coming to Westfield London's Southern Terrace this autumn.

The popular chain, which already has over 20 restaurants across the capital, including Ealing, Chelsea, Queensway and London’s other Westfield shopping centre in Stratford says the soon to be opened Rosa's Thai White City will be " the perfect pit-stop to refuel when exploring the bustling and popular shopping mall".

Rosa's promises authentic flavours and signature dishes such as Satay, Spring and Summer Rolls, Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles and Green and Red Curries.

The menu includes meat-free, gluten-free and halal options, and Rosa's says most of the veggie and tofu dishes can be made completely vegan.

The new restaurant will also be family friendly, with a special Little Rosa's Menu, offering mini versions of favourite dishes. On the front of the menu, there are animal illustrations to colour in, while the back is an origami elephant for the children to take home.

Though the opening date has not yet been announced, the new restaurant has now recruiting "king hearted, hard working" staff, including head and wok chefs. Find out more at here.

So who is Rosa? The chain's website says: " Our first restaurant opened on the site of an East End ‘caff’ called Rosa’s. Out of respect for the previous owner (and as we had no money for new signs) we chose to keep the name.

" Over the years, our Thai co-founder Chef Saiphin Moore has also become known as ‘Rosa’ – and so the name keeps being associated with good, honest food."
