There has been another stabbing in the Shepherd’s Bush Green area this Sunday evening (28 October).

Shortly before 9pm a man in his fifties had to be rushed to hospital after being stabbed in the neck near the junction with the Uxbridge Road.

Detectives investigating the incident have cordoned off the area opposite Barclays Bank.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said, "Officers attended and a male aged 50 was discovered suffering from a stab wound to his neck.

"He was attacked by another male who then fled the scene."

The victim remains in a west London hospital while his attacker is still at large at this point.

The police say the stabbed man’s injuries are are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
